Method of
1. Remove the engine spark plugs, use the hand crank to rotate the crankshaft, shaft make the piston to top dead center, hang the direct gear, and tighten the parking brake to prevent the compressed air from pushing the piston during the test.
2. screw the air supply connector on the first cylinder to the top dead center compression, and connect the air exchange tube with the quick-change end connector to the output of the measuring instrument. At the same time, connect the air compressor to the input end of the test instrument. Turn off the valve regulator tool (pulse the regulator knob when in use).
3. start the air compressor to inflate, close when it is charged for 0.8MPa, prepare the chronograph stopwatch, quickly open the pressure regulating valve, press the stopwatch at the same time, record the dwell time, observe the change of the measured pressure gauge, when the relative pressure drops A 0.4MPa, According to the stopwatch, the time required to reduce the pressure gauge from 0.8 MPa to 0.4MPa is recorded. Using the length of this time to compare similar machines, the degree of damage to the dispersion cylinder can be diagnosed, and the longer the maintenance time is, the better of the sealing cylinder is; if the pressure is short, usually less than 10 seconds, the cylinder will seriously leak and must be repaired. In order to facilitate the test, the sequence of each test cylinder is carried out according to the ordering of the cylinders. A 180 ° crankshaft revolution is used to test a cylinder.
Judging the spill starts
Start the air compressor, air compressor and air supply to the cylinder at top dead center. Use a pressure regulating valve to control the pressure at 0.6 MPa. Listen carefully for air leaks to judge cylinder air leaks. If there is a sound leak at the throttle valve, the intake valve is not sealed. If you feel a leak in the exhaust pipe muffler, the exhaust valve is not sealed. If you listen to the oil filling, it is generally there is a sound leak, a slight small sound is normal, a loud you hear the sound, and you feel that there is no air flow, it is a serious air leakage, which indicates that the cylinder piston is not sealed at the joint, If there is is a gas I bag in the irrigation radiator placed which emerges from the water, indicating that the cylinder gasket is burned, causing the cylinder to collide with the waterway. If a leak is heard the sound at the spark plug of the adjacent cylinder cylinder, indicates that the gasket cylinder burns between the two cylinders and the cylinder is down the tube.
